Can I borrow a beer?

P version 2?

Version 1 was an arrogant cunt, but I grew to respect his integrity and intelligence and could overlook the arrogance. Like myself, he could accept abuse and not take it personally. If you are a shadow of version 1 or even an incarnation of version 1, I greet thee with open arms (my legs shall remain closed, however) and bid you much bonhomie.

As for borrowing a beer, I'm not so sure I'd like it back after you've finished with it; every orifice just screams no! Tell you what, you can have one on the house

I can assure you that V2.0 is even more of an unapologetic ass than V1.2, however my savouries have been run through the Cosmic Grinder ™️ to such an extent over the last 7 months that I am no longer much of a precocious pernicious prick anymore.  The harshest lessons we survive being the best, of course. Thanks for the beer.

Interesting to see how that name generated views!

If you are number one (and I'm not talking about that mindless moron from Dutch Donation Dump who lamely and unsuccessfully tried to troll TOP), you are most welcome to park your arse here. This is definitely not TOP v.2, but the spirit of freedom that was born there is alive and well here.

Well I sorta had to make it beyond rational debate didn't I? (All Joshs' excluded of course, after all, I did say rational)

So yeah, thanks and just poking around the forums a bit after a long respite.

I come in pieces, so no worries. Very Happy

I've had more rational debates with a toaster whilst under the influence of LSD than I have with Josh.

Wasn't Doom and Derp yours? Or was Carbon telling Porkies? (Cockney rhyming slang - pork pies = lies, porkies for short)

Rumours are the craziest damned things - some even had me convinced that I was Rory for awhile....you name it and there's a rumour that I either did it or was in on it.

lol!

Indentured servitude is predominantly an individual human condition I fear - rather than a national one - but yes!

You and I appear to be of the same mind here, thankfully I am my own boss, but I suspect we could both survive the zombie apocalypse! (although I'm not so sure it's not already upon us!)

As an aside, If you truly are P, and I see no reason to doubt that you are, this must go down as our longest interaction ever. How the worm turns!

Glad you did and don't be a stranger. Strange is OK, stranger, not so much.

You weren't at TOP so you must remember him from Dutch Donation Dump. He was one of the Mods who actually walked the walk. Perhaps for this reason I feel an affinity and begrudged affection; Joshua Flynn would have you believe otherwise based on his carefully crafted research; Pnut is none other than Tor Pnuttus.

I tried to do the right thing.

I doubt I'll ever be remembered for that.

Yes.

I remember too.

Wrong! (as to your second statement, not the first)

As already demonstrated, this poster remembers and appreciates the effort and I surely cannot be the only lucid poster on the interwebs!

Kind words, like honey and beer, can flow all too easily and intemperately, however this site's admin chooses to only serve what may appear as kind words upon perceived merit. Thus, they should never be confused with kind words, for they are not.
